For health and hygiene reasons, dietary supplements that have been opened or have a broken seal cannot be returned, in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

4. Return Process

  2. Receive instructions: We will provide you with return shipping instructions and a return reference number
  3. Ship the product: Send the product back in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned product to verify it meets the return conditions

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds: will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used for the original purchase
  • Refund amount: the full purchase price of the product will be refunded, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable). If you chose a delivery option more expensive than the standard option, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery
  • Return shipping costs: are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not match the description on our Website, you are entitled to:

  • A full refund, including return shipping costs
  • A replacement product, subject to availability
